Everyone has a place
Church, ministry, group: ActuallyCare holds the structure, and every group's roster rolls up to its ministry and church.
Moses tried to care for everyone himself, and his father-in-law told him the truth: it was too heavy. The answer was a simple structure of faithful people, each caring for a few. It still works. Here is how a ministry grows from one tired leader into a church that sends.
17“And Moses’ father in law said unto him, The thing that thou doest is not good. 18Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.”
EXODUS 18:17-18 · KJV“Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens”
EXODUS 18:21 · KJV
Tap through the five stages. The ministry keeps growing, and no one's load does.
Stage 1 of 5
Every ministry starts here: one willing leader who welcomes the guests, teaches, prays, plans, texts, follows up and sets out the chairs. It works for a season. Then the leader gets tired, and when the leader is tired, the ministry is tired.
37“Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”

Everyone in the church knows two things: who they care for, and who cares for them.
1Church
The believers in one place, gathered under Christ
Cares for · Every ministry, and the city around it
Cared for by · Christ, the head of the church
2Ministry
One part of the church with one focus, like young adults or students
Cares for · Everyone in its groups
Cared for by · The church's pastors and staff
3Pastor
Shepherds the ministry through prayer and the word
Cares for · The coordinators
Cared for by · The church
4Coordinator
Cares for a few leaders so no leader stands alone
Cares for · Three to five leaders
Cared for by · A pastor
5Leader
Leads a weekly group and knows every name in it
Cares for · The members and guests in their group
Cared for by · A coordinator
6Member
Belongs to a group and does their part
Cares for · Each other, and the guests they invite
Cared for by · Their leader
7Guest
Anyone new, welcomed like family
Cares for · Just come as you are
Cared for by · Whoever invited them, and their leader
Pastors and leaders should spend their time with people, not spreadsheets. ActuallyCare keeps track of who belongs where, so you can care for them.
Church, ministry, group: ActuallyCare holds the structure, and every group's roster rolls up to its ministry and church.
Leaders mark who came this week and see who needs a follow-up, so a first-time guest hears from someone who knows their name.
Set up the weekly groups and the monthly gathering once. Everyone gets the reminders.
Members don't need an account. Pastors and leaders sign in and see only their own people, and contact is consent-first.
“And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.”
ACTS 6:7 · KJV
Simple structure and faithful people. God gives the increase.
