About This Page
This page describes the SMS / text message program operated by ActuallyCare Inc. ("ActuallyCare," "we," "us," or "our") for users of the ActuallyCare real estate CRM platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By opting in to receive SMS messages from ActuallyCare, you agree to the terms below.
Program Description
The ActuallyCare SMS program sends transactional and account-related text messages to real estate professionals who use our platform. Messages relate to your own ActuallyCare account, your transactions, and reminders you have asked us to send. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
Types of messages you may receive
- Transaction milestone alerts (e.g., escrow status updates, contingency deadlines)
- Lead and appointment notifications (e.g., new lead assigned, showing reminder)
- Two-factor authentication codes and account security alerts
- System notifications you have explicitly enabled in your account settings
Sample messages
- "ActuallyCare: New lead assigned — Sarah M. requested a showing at 123 Oak St. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
- "ActuallyCare: Contingency deadline tomorrow for 456 Elm Ave escrow. View in app. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency, Carriers, and Costs
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, your transactions, and the notifications you have enabled. There is no fixed cap.
- Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. ActuallyCare does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages.
Privacy & Data Sharing
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies regardless of any other data sharing described in our Privacy Policy.
Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery sub-processor, Twilio Inc., for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive. Twilio's handling of phone numbers and message content is governed by Twilio's Privacy Notice.
For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
