Where do these prices come from?

Straight from the platform's billing API — the same source Stripe charges against. The marketing site holds no pricing of its own, so what you see here is always what you pay.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you 2 months free: every plan's annual price is 10× the monthly rate — about 17% off — paid once for the year with your rate locked in.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and manage everything — plan, payment method, invoices — from the billing portal inside the app.

How does the included AI work?

Every plan includes built-in AI at no extra cost — roughly 20 assistant requests every 4 hours, and the limit refreshes six times a day, so normal daily use won't hit it. If you're a heavy AI user, you can add CareBoost or CareBoost Max from the billing page inside the app for much higher limits and the most capable models.

What is MCP integration?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect ActuallyCare directly to Claude. You can manage clients, check escrows, and update records in natural language from Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, or Claude Code — included on every plan.

How do Team and Broker plans work?

Create your account first, then set up your team or brokerage from inside the app — billing, seats, and roles are managed there. Want a walkthrough first? Contact us and we'll set it up together.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in contracts.

Is my data secure?

Your data is isolated per brokerage and team, phone numbers are encrypted at the field level, and security events are visible to you in-app. We publish our uptime at status.actuallycare.com.
