Our Resolution Process
If a vendor we approved doesn't ActuallyCare, we won't hide behind fine print. Here's exactly what happens:
Report the Issue
Contact us within 30 days of service completion. Describe what happened and what resolution you're seeking.
We Investigate
We reach out to the vendor to understand their side. Most issues are resolved through direct communication within 48 hours.
Mediation
If needed, we facilitate a discussion between you and the vendor to find a fair solution that works for everyone.
Resolution & Follow-Up
We ensure the agreed resolution is completed. Vendors with repeated issues are placed on probation or removed from our network.
